Bim’s love affair with cakes started as a young girl whilst watching her mum make cakes and pastries. Cake decorating for Bim started in May 2013 when she decided she wanted to do better than making just a 'naked' cake for her daughter's birthday She has since unleashed this amazing gift of cake making that she did not realise that she had and spent time nurturing her gift.

Bim’s background is in Business Administration where she has a Bsc. Bim has had years working both in the private and public sector so she has firsthand knowledge of how a business should be run and the importance of treating every customer well.
